Payment policy
Once your reservation is confirmed, payment is required as follows:
50% deposit at the time of booking
Full payment if the tour date is within one month of booking
Remaining balance due one month before the tour date
Payment options:
Visa or MasterCard (3.5% commission applies)
In Cusco: If we meet in person before your tour, you may settle the outstanding balance by card or cash.
Outside Cusco: If meeting is not possible, the full amount must be paid in advance by credit card (3.5% commission).
